Villa 105B is a beautiful and secluded retreat on the country’s south-west coast near Bentota Beach in Western Province. The luxurious 1 hectare property is surrounded by a large tropical garden with lawn and coconut palms, frangipani trees and a variety of plants and shrubs – in the midst of original jungle and rice fields.

Our extraordinary private villa offers every luxurious comfort. The five interconnected buildings are designed in the classic style of famous local architect Geoffrey Bawa. They house 4 guest rooms, each with their own bathroom, a dining pavilion, a leisure pavilion and a palm-roofed hut for yoga or meditation, as well as the refreshing comfort of a 1.5 meter deep and 90 square meter pool.

The villa is the perfect place for an extended holiday with the family or just as a couple. With a total of four guest rooms with king-size beds, the villa can accommodate up to eight guests when traveling with friends.
